A friendly Hermit 1.0.0.5 server with a bite. On this server, there are plugins such as griefprevention that allows you to protect your area by claiming land with a golden shovel or placing a chest.

Plugins: Antigrief, Jobs, and economy plus a few others.

You get money from your jobs, and you use that money to buy claim blocks, items, and trade with other players.

Obviously griefing is not allowed, however if you find something not claimed, it is fair game.
